Ishida Data Capture System (IDCS)

The Ishida Data Capture System helps production specialists to improve factory efficiency by capturing information ranging from downtime and product giveaway (overfill) to operator, shift, line or complete factory performance. It enables them to analyse and present this information in easily configurable graphic report formats.

The data are collected from modern production and packing line equipment (such as checkweighers) and securely stored for easy access and retrieval.

The system enables you to comply efficiently and confidently with the relevant legislation.

Developed by Ishida packing line experts, the IDCS can make factory operations more efficient, more profitable and more secure.

  • Outputs include: production histograms, downtime, checkweigher efficiency and daily reports (all fully customisable)
  • Data can be exported to Microsoft® Excel
  • Up to 100 checkweighers can be connected
  • A memory back-up facility is included to avoid data loss
