Marco ’Seals’ New Alliance with Ishida

Marco has announced an important strategic alliance with Ishida, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of packing line solutions. Under the alliance, Marco will supply Ishida’s range of innovative tray sealing solutions on an exclusive basis to the soft fruit packaging sector in the UK.
Marco has established itself as a leading supplier of Factory Floor Efficiency Systems within the soft fruit industry. A key part of this success has come from supplying complete packaging solutions, including hardware and software under the umbrella of its modular TRAC-IT MES (Manufacturing Execution System). This approach ensures customers achieve the highest levels of system efficiency, performance and reliability.
Ishida’s track record in tray sealer development has evolved from years of close co-operation with both food manufacturers and retailers. The result is a range of high-performance tray sealers with the capability of handling packs of almost any shape or material. Ishida QX traysealers deliver high-quality seals (including optional inside cut), are easy to operate and clean and offer significant reductions in film usage.
