Ishida checkweigher data valuable production aid for frozen meat processor

Leading frozen meat processor W & J Parker is using an Ishida DACS-W-030 checkweigher to carry out final weight checkweighing on its ranges of frozen chops, ribs and steaks, supplied to leading retailers.

In addition to its reliability and accuracy, the Company cites the wealth of production information available from the Ishida DACS-W checkweigher as one of its major benefits.

The Ishida DACS-W-030 checkweigher is checkweighing bags of product from 300g to 1kg. The 100 pre-set memory capacity allows easy changeover between products and weights at the touch of a button. Production data can be presented in histogram, bar graph and X-bar chart formats.

The Ishida checkweigher features a specially developed high-speed load cell and an advanced drive unit and weigh-conveyor, enabling it to achieve excellent checkweighing accuracy and high speeds.

The robust, cantilevered construction protects the electronics, ensuring that high performance and reliability are sustained over years of operation. Fast cleaning is possible, with all necessary checkweigher parts rapidly accessible without the need for tools.
