Covid-19 Business Situation Update 4th May 2020

Since my last update on the 21st April we have maintained our focus on supporting our customers in this challenging situation and have made further small improvements to the operating capabilities whilst continuing with our safe working practices.

We thank all of our supply chain partners who have flexed their organisations to offer continuity of supply, so that where at all possible, we can continue to deliver against customer requirements.

Continually we review our work priorities so that we optimise our ability to meet ever changing needs. Where we can’t do so, we will work with you on the best possible outcome as it may be due to factors outside of our control. We appreciate the loyal support of our customers and will do our very best to support you in return.

Additionally we have acquired extra warehousing space to accommodate machines that have been built for customer orders which due to the current challenges cannot be delivered at this time.
