Dave was appointed Managing DIrector of Ishida Europe in May 2015.

Dave joined Ishida in 2008 as Finance Director, having previously held the position of CFO at the boards of the Advantica Group and Energis Polksa before that. He is a qualified chartered accountant with significant management expertise gained with the oil and gas, telecoms, and electricity industries. In addition to the UK, Dave has also worked in Poland, Czech Republic, Brazil, Chile, Argentina and New Zealand.

Mike started his career in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, completing an apprenticeship at GEC Electrical Projects. Having gained an in-depth technical knowledge, he elected to follow a commercial route into Sales and Industrial Automation, working for Omron Electronics and then Rockwell Automation in 1995. He was appointed Fellow of Institute of Sales & Marketing Management in December 2000 (now Institute of Sales Management) Moving into the food & beverage process sector with APV in 2007, Mike held a number of senior sales roles before being appointed to Sales Director for Europe at SPX Flow Technology in 2013 followed by Senior Sales Director before leaving to join Ishida Europe as Sales Director in May 2019.

Sarah Hughes joined Ishida Europe as HR Director in April 2019. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and has led human resources functions across diverse industries including engineering and food service logistics. She worked  at Amada United Kingdom Limited for six years before joining global group Camellia Plc in 2013, working as Head of HR across its UK subsidiaries. Sarah brings a successful track record in developing high performing work environments in which companies and individuals thrive together.

Ian assumed the position of Operations Director in April 2021, having previously overseen a highly successful operational transformation program within Ishida Aftersales across EMEA. Ian has operational experience across a host of industries and has worked for a number of blue chip organisations, including Chubb, Otis and Interserve. Ian brings a track record of demonstrating true operational innovation and implementation of a highly focused customer centric culture.

Steve joined Ishida in 2008 as Senior Product Manager - Multihead Weighers. He was appointed to the Board as Product Strategy Director in November 2013 and then promoted to Marketing Director in 2014. Previously, he worked at Renishaw plc in Production, Design and Global Product Management. Steve holds a First Class BEng (Hons) in Electronics Engineering, the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Post Graduate Diploma, and the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction. He is a Fellow of the IoD and also a Chartered Marketer.

Seisaku started his career at Ishida Japan in 1995 as a mechanical engineer. After being involved in the automation development for food sectors, he became the general manager in engineering which led to the further implementation of turnkey solutions. Seisaku joined Ishida Europe from September 2019 as the R&D and engineering executive officer bringing his expertise to contribute towards product developments for the European market.

Adrian joined Ishida to take on the challenge of bringing high quality machine production to the UK and to develop Europe centric products. Having started his technical training with Marconi, Adrian joined Autopack in Malvern in 1981 where he became a key member of the team that designed and built the UK’s first range of Multihead weighers and incidentally the world’s first waterproof Multihead weigher. On leaving Autopack he and three others set up Masterweigh specialising in niche Multihead weighers and linear weighing machines before bringing his expertise to Ishida in 1990.

Mark joined Ishida in 2006, acting as Head of Finance for six years before being appointed Finance Director. He is a Chartered Accountant who began his career at Coopers & Lybrand and has held senior financial positions at a number of international manufacturers for many years.
