Ishida Europe Ltd was honoured to welcome His Excellency Hiroshi Suzuki, Japanese Ambassador to the United Kingdom, to its UK headquarters on 18 February, as part of his official tour of the West Midlands. The Ambassador was accompanied by Ms Aikawa and Ms Eriko Onishi.
The visit highlighted Ishida’s continued investment in advanced manufacturing, innovation, and skills development within the region. As a subsidiary of a globally respected Japanese organisation, Ishida Europe plays a key role in strengthening the longstanding economic and cultural ties between Japan and the United Kingdom.
His Excellency was welcomed by Dave Tiso, Managing Director of Ishida Europe Ltd, and Takayo Motegi, Sales Director. During the visit, discussions focused on Ishida’s strategic growth across Europe, its technological leadership in weighing, packing and quality control solutions, and its commitment to supporting both local employment and international trade.
