From fault diagnosis, routine maintenance, installation, commissioning and optimisation, to calibration and critical machine surveys.


When it comes to weighing, packing and control equipment, even small changes can make a big difference. Our specialist Aftersales Engineering Support team can make applicable post-sale modifications to all types of Ishida equipment. Common modifications include software enhancements, conveyor changes, updated reject systems and new hopper and contact parts. Many more are available on request.


Ishida equipment is renowned for its reliability, but no machine is infallible, especially when it’s in constant use. Our specialist Repair Centre in Birmingham, UK, completes repairs on a wide range of components, including drive weigh units, printed circuit boards and remote-control units. A full quote is provided before any work is undertaken, and all work is carried out in the shortest possible timeframe. This includes same-day turnaround for urgent jobs (subject to parts availability).
